Key Responsibilities

  • Enter Bill of Entry details for all existing and new stock into the Sage ERP system .
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entry.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized digital records of inventory and supporting documents.
  • Cross-check data with source documents such as commercial invoices, Bill of Entry, and shipment details.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors and report discrepancies to the relevant department.
  • Generate basic reports or summaries as required by management.
  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock recording.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information responsibly.
  • Perform general administrative and data management tasks as assigned.
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support , preferably in a logistics or inventory environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Sage ERP or similar enterprise systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
