Key Responsibilities
Enter Bill of Entry details for all existing and new stock into the Sage ERP system. Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entry. Maintain up-to-date and organized digital records of inventory and supporting documents. Cross-check data with source documents such as commercial invoices, Bill of Entry, and shipment details. Identify and correct data entry errors and report discrepancies to the relevant department. Generate basic reports or summaries as required by management. Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock recording. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information responsibly. Perform general administrative and data management tasks as assigned. Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred. Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a logistics or inventory environment. Hands-on experience with Sage ERP or similar enterprise systems. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
