Overview
Job summary: Responsible administrative task and Support daily Incoming, Outbound and TRA.
Responsibilities
- To ensure all arrivals are GR in system within 24hours from the unloading date.
- To provide incoming POD to warehouse team.
- To perform GR once Copacking and Stickering complete.
- To check order status on daily basis.
- To check PO validity on daily basis.
- Collection order.
- To do booking for DC customer.
- To process TRA documents handover by TN team.
- To process bill for warehouse and transport team if there’s any shortages or damages.
- To create pallet docket for required customers.

Job Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years working experience in similar capacity
- Secondary School qualifications or its equivalent
- Experienced in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Good SAP knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Section 26, Shah Alam.
