Overview

Job summary: Responsible administrative task and Support daily Incoming, Outbound and TRA.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure all arrivals are GR in system within 24hours from the unloading date.
  • To provide incoming POD to warehouse team.
  • To perform GR once Copacking and Stickering complete.
  • To check order status on daily basis.
  • To check PO validity on daily basis.
  • Collection order.
  • To do booking for DC customer.
  • To process TRA documents handover by TN team.
  • To process bill for warehouse and transport team if there’s any shortages or damages.
  • To create pallet docket for required customers.
  • Filling

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 to 2 years working experience in similar capacity
  • Secondary School qualifications or its equivalent
  • Experienced in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Good SAP knowledge.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Section 26, Shah Alam.
