CLI Operations Supervisor

OVERVIEW Directly interact with the drivers while assisting with all day-to-day operations and facility(s) of assigned terminal and satellite location(s) to ensure safe, efficient, and dependable service to our customer while ensuring a positive culture with highly engaged employees and to perform these duties in the absence of the CLI Terminal Manager or CLI Operations Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) Assist with driver compliance with all CLI programs, policies, and procedures as well as all Federal, State and local regulations. Complete tasks, provide input, and ensure execution of driver training plans (IE: Safety risk development plans, performance improvement plans).
