Job Description
Responsible for protecting and growing lifetime value for their mid size book of business. Establishes and deepens client relationships leading to increased retention, loyalty and product/asset growth while developing strong relationships with key client and decision makers.
Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for the retention, satisfaction, and growth of clients within their assigned book. Book of business includes mid-size plans with higher complexity, with most significant opportunities within asset range for Client Lifetime Value growth across Recordkeeping, Advice, and I/O.Develops and communicates strategic business plans for current clients within assigned book of business (e.g., Miller Heiman gold sheets).
