The Opportunity

We are looking for a Client Account Manager to ensure our client's IT systems are robust, reliable, safe and operate efficiently.

In this role, you will work in-office with your colleagues as well as directly our clients.

The Purpose Of This Position Is To

• Foster a high trust relationship and retain your clients.
• Retain and expand monthly agreement services with your clients.
• Propose and sell products, services, and projects as needed to your clients.
• Ensure our clients receive a White Glove Service delivered with Military Precision.
