• support Client Account Manager manages all operational and administrative account processes, including the organization and maintenance of client documentation
• coordinate closely with stakeholders to align client requests and ensure the delivery of exceptional service quality
• foster a risk-aware culture with the team by ensuring clients' requests are managed in line with best practices
• demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills, attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction
