The Account Manager  plays an important role in making sure that happens.


The Account Manager  is responsible for the frontend of client communications.


They manage client accounts to assist with onboarding, customer success, and upselling.


When help is needed the Service Delivery Manager  can assist with service related issues to ensure customer retention.


RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Customer service Initiate contact to introduce yourself as their main POC Delight our Clients with a Friendly, Quick and Helpful Experience Advocate for clients to ensure they are getting what they need Introduce new services and upgrades to clients Track upselling opportunities in our software Track customer feedback scores team work Follow the communication cadence developed for consistency Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for d...
