Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Client Account Service team in managing client accounts and secretarial services
  • Assist in handling day-to-day matters for assigned client portfolios, including document preparation, filing, and record maintenance
  • Support the management of Secretarial Account and Xero subscription renewals, including preparation of renewal schedules and reminders
  • Prepare and organize documents related to annual returns, registered office services, nominee services, incorporations, and other secretarial matters
  • Assist in preparing proposals, service agreements, invoices, and onboarding documents for client presentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, service trackers, and internal databases
  • Monitor pending items, deadlines, and outstanding documents; follow up internally and with clients as instructed by the account executive
