Job Description

  • Role: Client Acquisition Manager (Makati | Onsite)
  • Candidate Profile:

    • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • 3–7 years of BPO/outsourcing sales or business development experience.
    • Strong grasp of BPO service models and industry trends.
    • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and high-level negotiations.

  • Core Responsibilities:

    • Lead Acquisition: Prospect new business via networking, cold outreach, and digital channels across various verticals (CS, Tech Support, Back Office).
    • Sales Execution: Create and deliver strategic sales plans, tailored proposals, and RFP responses to hit revenue goals.
    • Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for new accounts, building long-term relationships through customized solutions.
