Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in the trucking industry
  • Manage client records, documentation, permits, and compliance-related data
  • Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
  • Monitor deadlines for renewals and ensure timely submissions
  • Handle emails, client inquiries, and updates professionally and promptly
  • Assist with billing, reporting, and other administrative duties
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital files and logs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience specifically in the trucking or transportation sector
  • Strong understanding of DOT, FMCSA, and trucking compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
