Client Adoption Specialist

Role Overview

As a Client Adoption Specialist, you will accelerate the deployment of IBM's strategic offerings within client production environments. You will provide deep technical expertise, work directly with clients, collaborate with IBM account teams, and engage with IBM development labs to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to plan and execute implementation of strategic IBM offerings such as IBM Concert, watsonx Code Assistant for Z, and watsonx Assistant for Z.
• Collaborate with IBM account teams to ensure client sponsors and champions are actively involved.
• Validate client success by measuring key performance indicators after deployment.
• Provide product feedback and collaborate with IBM development teams for support.
