What you'll be doing

1. Providing attentive and personalized service to each client, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and attention
2. Maintaining an extensive knowledge of our luxury fashion inventory, including products, trends, and styling tips
3. Assisting clients with product selection, providing expert advice and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
4. Ensuring the store's visual merchandising and presentation meets the highest standards
5. Actively contributing to the achievement of the store's sales and customer service goals
6. Fostering strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and providing exceptional follow-up service

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail or fashion industry
