Job Description

Act as an ambassador of the Maison, delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with the Louis Vuitton promise. The Client Advisor builds genuine and long-term relationships with clients, understands their needs, and guides them across the Maison to achieve individual and team objectives.

Job responsibilities

  • Welcome every client and deliver the best-in-class client experience in line with Maison standards.
  • Drive individual and team sales objectives while being accountable for personal performance.
  • Advise clients across the Maison’s product categories, ensuring relevant and personalized recommendations.

Clienteling & Relationship Building

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients through effective clienteling and follow-up.
  • Proactively reach out to existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
