Overview
- Focuses on development and retention the existing clients; recruitment of new and potential ones.
- Contributes to the store business through excellent clienteling and reaching KPIs goals (conversion rate, cross selling, AVT, upselling, strategic zoning).
- Deliver the Valentino Couture Service.
- Naturally integrates digital tools in selling and clienteling activities.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years retail experience preferably in Luxury Retail Industry
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Motivated team player with outgoing personality
- Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations
- Able to work full time in shift hours is preferable
