Job Mission:
Client Advisor & In-Store CRM is responsible for driving the sales as well as executing CRM strategies and strengthening clienteling capabilities.
Working closely with the Store Manager, the role supports the planning and execution of CRM-driven initiatives, events, and projects, with a strong focus on developing the client portfolio—particularly VIC (Very Important Client) relationships—while recruiting and nurturing new customers for the Ferragamo Paragon Store.
