Job Description
- Actively acquire new clients and develop existing client relationships
- Lead consultative sales conversations and translate business needs into recruitment and advisory projects
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned clients (from briefing to placement)
- Work with clearly defined KPIs related to sales activity, client development and project delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
- Represent the company externally by participating in industry events, conferences and business meetings
- Contribute to building a strong market presence and positive brand image of the team and organization
