Job Description


  • Actively acquire new clients and develop existing client relationships

  • Lead consultative sales conversations and translate business needs into recruitment and advisory projects

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned clients (from briefing to placement)

  • Work with clearly defined KPIs related to sales activity, client development and project delivery

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders

  • Represent the company externally by participating in industry events, conferences and business meetings

  • Contribute to building a strong market presence and positive brand image of the team and organization

  • Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
