Job Description
The Client & Business Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with individual tenants, long-stay guests, and corporate clients, while also building and scaling revenue channels for Hello World.
This role combines account management, tenant experience, and business development, ensuring strong client satisfaction while driving repeat business, renewals, and corporate partnerships.
Core Objective
- Strengthen relationships with tenants and corporate clients
- Increase repeat bookings, renewals, and referrals
- Build sustainable B2 B and B2 C revenue channels
- Act as the single point of contact between clients and internal teams
