Job Title: Veterinary Receptionist

Location: Forest Veterinary Centre (Epping, Harlow and Woodford)

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 30 hours per week (various shifts available) including weekends.

We are searching for a passionate individual to join our wonderful Client Care team at Forest Veterinary Centre.

You will be working as part of a friendly and supportive team in our busy small animal hospital in Epping, our brand new Harlow practice and our smaller Woodford branch. We believe our receptionists are key in providing the excellent client care we pride ourselves on.

The role can be rather physical and demanding, but also very interesting and varied You will need to have the ability to remain calm under pressure, show empathy in each situation you encounter, have the ability to multitask, be reliable, punctual and have a passion for excellent customer care.
