We're hiring a dependable Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter to manage client communication and appointment scheduling from inbound leads, with occasional follow-up calls when needed.
- Role includes: handling calls, texts, and emails, qualifying leads, scheduling and confirming appointments, and following clear communication steps (training provided).
