Client Care Coordinator

The Client Care Coordinator is highly motivated, organized, and compassionate. The position is the main point of contact for clients after the case has been established and will work to ensure that clients’ immigration cases progress smoothly by providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns. The Client Care Coordinator will be key in maintaining high client satisfaction and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their immigration journey.
