Job Description

The Client Care Coordinator is highly motivated, organized, and compassionate. The position is the main point of contact for clients after the case has been established and will work to ensure that clients’ immigration cases progress smoothly by providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns. This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. The Client Care Coordinator will be key in maintaining high client satisfaction and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their immigration journey.
**Compensation**:
$21,000 month MXN to start
