Grow With Us! The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Client Care Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships and service our benefits customers.

This position will report to our agency located in Cranston, RI. Can be located in CT, RI, or MA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote or hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize Excel formulas and functions to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently.
  • Develop macros to automate repetitive tasks, enhance data processing and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Implement data validation to maintain data accuracy.
  • Integrate external data sources seamlessly into Excel, for analysis and reporting.
