Job Overview

This role of the “Client Concierge / Sales Administrator” is to support our Agency in our efforts to elevate our Client Experience and set us apart from the Competition. Role consists of Greeting Clients that enter our facility, as well as supporting the entire team with Email monitoring and organizing, Social media management and other Sales Administrative / Admin tasks listed below


Responsibilities and Duties

 



  • Greet Clients that enter our Agency and prepare beverages such as specialty coffees. We offer a monthly “Seasonal” specialty which entails following easy recipes

  • Stocking Client lounge with Beverages and making popcorn daily as well as Lounge...
