AdMagic is looking for a Client Coordinator to join our dynamic team! If you excel in client communication, project coordination, and ensuring seamless onboarding, this role is for you.
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Role: Full-Time
Salary: upto 27k
What Youll Do:
Manage client onboarding (Facebook & Shopify setup, pixel connection, asset allocation)
Conduct daily client calls for updates & feedback
Coordinate with Project Managers & Performance Marketers
Provide Basecamp training for smooth collaboration
Monitor project execution & ensure timely delivery
Prepare reports on campaign performance & project updates
What Were Looking For:
12 years of experience in client coordination or account management
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads, Shopify & pixel setup
Familiarity with project management tools (Basecamp is a plus)
Ability to multitask & manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
