OVERALL SUMMARY
Team member of the overall Client Onboarding & Data Maintenance team, part of the Client Operations functions and responsible - for the maintenance of client data on TrinityBridge (and partner) party systems.
The overall Client Onboarding and Data maintenance team is driven by Front Office (who verify instruction and liaise with our clients), with the Data Maintenance team responsible for validation of instruction, accurate and timely data input and managing workflows. Complete and error-free input will be essential to maintaining strong client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurate and timely validation of client instruction and processing of client static data changes including, but not limited to, change of address, change of bank details, regular payments set up, ongoing fee amendments and online access maintenance.
