Your Key Responsibilities:

Join the Client Data team, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and updating the KYC (Know Your Customer) database. You’ll oversee the administrative management of client files throughout the Client Life Cycle, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s standards and regulations during both onboarding and periodic reviews.

Your Mission Will Include:

  • Reviewing and validating client-provided documents, ensuring all information is correctly inputted into the Bank’s systems.
  • Keeping customer files up-to-date and fully compliant with the Bank’s requirements throughout the life of their account.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to the Bank's internal procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Managing administrative tasks linked to client documentation, such as encoding, verification, and archiving.
