Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – C2H (Domestic Staffing) to manage end-to-end staffing accounts with a balanced focus on 50% client management and 50% delivery ownership. The role demands strong client engagement, team leadership, and revenue growth capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow domestic C2H staffing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships.
• Handle client requirements, SLAs, expectations, and escalations effectively.
• Drive account growth, rate negotiations, renewals, and C2H conversions.
