This is a role for experienced commercial insurance professionals who enjoy winning, advising and retaining quality clients — not managing layers of internal complexity.

We’re working with a highly successful, independent UK & Ireland insurance broking group that is investing in a newly formed mid-corporate team in Scotland . The aim is simple: provide a better, more joined-up service to clients who have outgrown the SME model but are underserved by national brokers.

As a Client Director, you’ll work as part of this new team, developing and advising a portfolio of mid-corporate clients across Scotland , supported by a strong internal infrastructure and senior market access.
