Client Documentation Specialist

We are recruiting on behalf of a private bank based in Geneva, which is looking to hire a Central File / Client Documentation Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support the team during a period of increased activity and regulatory projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review and processing of client documentation, particularly in the context of account closures and client updates
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations (CDB20, CRS, FATCA/QI, etc.)
• Perform data quality checks within internal systems
• Liaise with various departments including Wealth Management, Compliance, Legal and IT
• Participate in regulatory change implementation and process improvement initiatives

Profile required

• Proven experience in central file or client onboarding or documentation roles within the Swiss banking environment
