We’re looking for a Success & Insights Manager who thrives on conversations. Your mission: help customers and prospects succeed — and bring back the insights that make Tuskr better every day.

Responsibilities

• Work with prospects: Understand their testing challenges, explore the tools they use, and show how Tuskr can help.
• Work with customers: Learn how they use Tuskr, uncover gaps, gather industry insights, and build strong relationships that drive adoption and retention.
• Bring back insights: Research independently (e.G., how industries like hardware or medtech approach testing), analyze competitor products, gather references and networks, and share feedback with the product team to influence roadmap and growth.
• Be on the ground: Visit customers and prospects in person when needed.
