About the Role

We're hiring a Client Engagement Assistant to support client communications and relationship-building activities. You'll help ensure clients receive timely information and a smooth, positive experience throughout their engagement journey.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in coordinating client meetings and follow-ups
  • Support client communications via phone, email and messaging platforms
  • Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs
  • Prepare basic summaries and reports for client engagements
  • Support the team with administrative and coordination tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented and client-focused
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Excel and digital tools
