About the Role
We're hiring a Client Engagement Assistant to support client communications and relationship-building activities. You'll help ensure clients receive timely information and a smooth, positive experience throughout their engagement journey.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in coordinating client meetings and follow-ups
- Support client communications via phone, email and messaging platforms
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs
- Prepare basic summaries and reports for client engagements
- Support the team with administrative and coordination tasks
What We're Looking For
- Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, detail-oriented and client-focused
