CLIENT ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

Duties :
· Client Management : Client service on an operational level to ensure smooth delivery of work through systematic planning
· Coordination : Liaison closely with internal teams to ensure output as per brief and timeline
· Strategy : Assist in the development and implementation of communications strategy (offline and online) to build the client’s brand cohesively
· Reports : Prepare and maintain status reports, communications calendar and competition insights
