Position

During this 6-months internship you will support the Client Intelligence team in collecting and analyzing client data and monitoring client engagement performance. You will investigate both Clienteling and Client Communication initiatives to provide meaningful business insights to drive client engagement strategies. You will work closely with Clienteling, Client Communication and Regional CRM teams to run analysis and monitor performance to support the decision-making process.

Job responsibilities

Particularly, you will be involved in the following activities:

  • Tracking the performance of each Client Engagement initiative at a global and regional level and make recommendations to aid business decisions, monitoring both Clienteling and Client Communication activities

  • Questioning the client database to find relevant insights and/or opportunities to grow the business as well as target strategically our client base through campaigns


  • Converting data analyses into concrete recommendations and preparing concise, visually engaging presentations for management review

  • Support the development and deployment of new algorithms and approach to better analyze performance
  • Profile

  • Master’s degree in Economics or Data analysis field (Statistics, Mathematics, etc.), possibly with a business background;

  • Ability to perform analysis using tools such as Power BI and SQL;

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint);

  • Fluency in English and Italian (both spoken and written);
