Job Description

As a Client Engagement Manager, you are the heartbeat of every client relationship. Your mission is to own, nurture and grow a dedicated portfolio of Professional Partners and direct clients by becoming their most trusted advisor.

You will live inside your accounts: celebrating their wins, solving their pains, and turning every interaction into deeper loyalty and bigger renewals + upsells. Sales targets are met because relationships are unbreakable, not in spite of them.

Main Responsibilities – How You Build Lifelong Advocates
  • Be the single point of trust for your named accounts: daily check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and surprise-and-delight moments.
  • Map stakeholder ecosystems, uncover hidden decision‑makers, and orchestrate multi‑threaded relationships.
