Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Handling Inbound, Outbound calls related to the Company’s projects
· Follow up with the clients for Site visit & Revisit.
· Support in assigning the leads to Sales team.
· Following up the leads on daily basis.
· Follow approved workflows while responding to customer inquiries.
· Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Basic:
o Any Bachelor's/PG degree/ 3yrs Diploma/PUC is required
o A minimum of 0.6 months experience in Tele calling or Presales or Customer handling experience with excellent communication is required.
o In-depth knowledge of Customer handling
o Basic of MS-Office
Preferred:
o Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
o Expert in Customer handling
