Freelance / Fractional SDRs & Appointment Setters — High-Commission, No-Closing Role


We’re looking for pure appointment setters to book meetings with SMBs.


You keep 70% of the deal value for the first 6 months — we handle everything else.


Commission Structure (Clear & Fixed)

  • 70% of closed deal value for the first 6 months
  • 50% of closed deal value for the following 6 months
  • Deals are closed by our Subject Matter Experts + Sales Engineers
  • You get paid when deals close — no caps
