Accurately enter and manage trip-related data using our transportation reservation system
Input and verify information in internal databases and platforms
Maintain and update administrative records to ensure everything stays organized and up-to-date
Support the operations team with various back-office tasks
Collaborate with lead dispatchers at headquarters to ensure smooth operations
Perform data adjustments, including manual entries, when required for accuracy
