Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
Coordinate and manage client communications to ensure timely and professional responses
Support onboarding processes and ongoing client engagement
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently
