Client Experience Specialist
Our client, a leading immigration law firm, is looking to hire a Client Experience Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: Handle client calls regarding cases in mid-to-advanced stages, providing specific answers about case status.
Address queries ranging from general case updates, requests for pending documents, to questions about upcoming payments.
Ensure the client feels confident and satisfied with their decision to trust their services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case information while following internal procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the timely resolution of client issues.
Communicate clearly and effectively, practicing active listening to fully understand client concerns.
