CLIENT HOST - TEMPORARY - UP TO £19.50/HR - LONDON - ONSITE
Robert Half are delighted to be working with a long-standing client in their search for a temporary Client Host, offering up to £19.50/hr
Things to know:
Job Title: Client Host
Rate: Up to £19.50/hr depending on experience (via umbrella company)
Location: Canary Wharf
Working pattern: 5 days onsite, Monday - Friday
Working hours - 8am-4.30pm and 8.30am-5pm (weekly rotation with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors.
Provide information and answer the telephone or console switchboard.
Receive and send packages via couriers.
Maintain visitor log and/or call record, provide security passes/badges, typing, filing or other simple clerical functions.
Maintain boardroom schedule and equipment.
Provide other administrative support as required: typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers.
