Position

We are looking for a passionate data and analytics expert to join our Client Insights team.


The resource will support the team in client data management, analysisand reporting to support client-centric strategies and drive business decisions.

Job responsibilities

  • Support in client analysis and reporting combining different datasets and questioning the database to identify trends in client behavior and preferences and optimize CRM strategies and/or opportunities for business growth

  • Collect, analyze and interpret large datasets to identify client insights and patterns to share with Top Management, Retail Merchandising, Go-to-Market and Clienteling to drive business strategies and client engagement activities

  • Develop and manage CRM reports, dashboards and analytics to track customer behavior and performance

  • Support in data quality check, adjustment and implementation of KPIs/algorithms and maintenance and training of data tools, working closely with IT team and external suppliers
  • Profile

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, possibly with a business background

  • Previous experience in similar role, possibly in luxury/fashion/retail industry will be considered a plus

  • Proficient with SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Power BI and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

  • Curiosity, flexibility, team-player and problem solving attitude.
