Job Description
We are hiring a highly organized Client Launch Manager to take full ownership of our website production and onboarding process.
This is a production-based role. Our websites are fully templated (25–35 pages) with a detailed SOP and custom values. Your job is to execute the SOP precisely, manage client onboarding, and ensure smooth launches.
Compensation:
$65 per completed website
Must be completed within 8 hours AFTER all required assets are received
$10 per month per active client you manage post-launch
Core Responsibilities:
Website Production:
Build 25–35 page websites using our template and SOP
Insert custom values correctly
Match photos to relevant services/pages
Ensure formatting, spacing, and mobile responsiveness are clean
Follow checklist before marking complete
Client Onboarding & Asset Collection:
Start group text thread immediately after client payment
Send onboarding form and follow up until completed
