Client Liaison Officer (Junior) Office Based in Parramatta
Paying up to $80k + super
My client is a leading, multi-award-winning builder who is expanding their Client Liaison team and is seeking a polished and proactive Client Liaison Officer to join their Parramatta office.
This role offers stability, career development, and the chance to work with a supportive and energetic team, just a short walk from Parramatta Station.
About the Role
Any customer facing experience is applicable - previous experience with a builder is not essential though relevant work history in the construction/property sector is preferred.
As the Customer Service Officer, you will guide clients through each stage of their build, ensuring a positive experience from contract to handover. You'll collaborate with internal departments, councils, and certifiers, helping clients navigate the process with confidence. They have a strong focus on selling house and land packages as well as knock down re-builds
Their homes range from single storey and double storey homes, mini homes (granny flats), dual living and split level. They have won a multitude of awards for their homes for NSW & Hunter Region.
While not a dedicated permits role, experience with the NSW Planning Portal or residential approvals is highly regarded.
