Sun Life is looking for a Client Management Associate to support our Client Management Group (CMG) with a range of operational and client service tasks. This fixed‑term role offers the opportunity to contribute to key processes and develop your professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Provide timely and accurate replies to email inquiries from other units, departments, advisors, and clients.
• Ensure the service level agreement for CMG is met at all times for SLOCPI, SLFPI, SLAMC and SLGFI.
• Process the following in accordance with CMG policies and procedures: address and contact information changes, enrolment to e‑Notice and e‑OR, simple consolidation, FATCA status updates, and identification of missing clients.
• Handle phone and email inquiries.
• Generate confirmation letters in LGS.
