HIA Insurance Services (HIAIS) is a specialist insurance broker, providing insurance products and risk advice to the residential building industry. Formed in 1984, HIAIS is a joint venture between Aon and the Housing Industry Association (HIA).

Client Manager – HIAIS

The Client Manager is responsible for providing best‑in‑class service for a key portfolio of HIAIS clients and will work closely with team members to implement strategies that focus on portfolio growth and retention.

This role is a key driver of our long‑term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the region.
