**Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:**



+ Partner with sales consultants for efficient implementation of new business and smooth transition into the client management team.

+ Develop strategic relationships with key partners and understand clients' strategic business goals.

+ Champion client needs while balancing business needs and developing solutions based on customers' strategic goals.

+ Monitor service delivery execution and identify opportunities for improvement.

+ Liaise with internal functions to drive financial results and achieve high customer satisfaction.

+ Meet persistency goals and finalize the renewal of client contracts.

+ Define the Renewal Strategy with the Client Management and Underwriting Teams.

+ Maintain records on SFDC for key accounts and manage clients in line with team procedures.
