We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Admin Team Member. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is hardworking, willing to learn and has excellent organisational skills.**
**You will work with clients to resolve inquiries and answer any queries in line with Ucademy’s business needs.**
**Duties**
- Communicate with current and potential future clients to answer any inquiries.
- Diary management and arranging appointments.
- Answer support and service questions.
- Follow up on cases and ask for feedback.
- Coordinate with other teams within Ucademy to communicate information to those external to Ucademy most effectively.
- Provide insight from clients to assist Marketing.
- Offering up ideas of where we can do things better.
- Maintenance of our existing projects.
