About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will grow revenue from existing firms within a defined customer group. You will deliver or exceed an agreed set of financial targets and objectives, through high-quality Account Management.
Responsibilities
Adhering to planning, documentation, reporting and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets
Achieving or exceeding targeted revenue for products by identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities
Identifying key account issues, needs and demonstrate the business value of Lexis Nexis products
Ensuring customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact
Working with other internal departments including Marketing, Customer Success and Strategy to feedback trends to help shape our go to market actions.
Educating customers with thought leadership and expert market knowledge.
