Job Summary

The Client Onboard Sr Supervisor provides leadership and supervisory responsibility for medium-sized operational/administrative team(s) of clerical/support employees. Develops an understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical/subject area and basic knowledge of related areas to understand how they relate to own area. Understands how the team and area integrate with others to accomplish subfunction/job family objectives. Seeks to improve process efficiencies in support of unit objectives. Has a basic grounding in applicable policies. Develops communication and diplomacy skills to exchange potentially complex or sensitive information. Typically handles variable issues with potential broader business impact. Influences decisions through advice, counsel, facilitating services to others, or joint accountability for volume, quality and timeliness of end results.
