At our organization, we're looking for a detail-oriented individual to support client activation and KYC/KYB operations. This role involves ensuring new clients are onboarded efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory standards.

Duties:

We require an Onboarding Analyst to review and verify client documentation (KYC/KYB) in accordance with internal policies and local regulations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with Compliance to resolve onboarding issues or escalations, maintain accurate client records in internal systems, communicate onboarding status to clients and internal stakeholders. Additionally, the successful candidate will identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements while working closely with Product and Ops teams.
